Early Build 0.9

Made the project page and made sure it is able to run correctly. This is an early build before release to test bugs and balancing before full implementation.

Things To do:

-Add bgm and sounds

-Add a couple new hit effects 

-Add health drops

-Update placeholder winning and starting screen

-Add credits scene
